Communism is the riddle of history solved, and it knows itself to be this solution.

Karl Marx
About This Quote

Communism is the riddle of history solved, and it knows itself to be this solution. Communism has been a great thing to have happened in the past. The communist world was a great thing to have happened, and it's a great thing that a few countries still have a little bit of communism. However, there are things wrong with communism today.

It doesn't work anymore. When people take the idea of communism as a whole, they don't realize how bad it is now because things were good in the beginning, but it's now too different from the time when it was good.
